PENGUKURAN NILAI KONVERSI BTA SPUTUM SEBAGAI PARAMETER TINGKAT KEBERHASILAN PENGOBATAN TB PARU DI PUSKESMAS JAYANTI KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Indonesia is in the second position with the highest burden of tuberculosis (TB) in the world. Puskesmas is the spearhead of health services which has a working area and is directly related to the community. This makes Puskesmas have a big responsibility for health problems in the community, one of which is tuberculosis. The research method used descriptive method, getting as many as 50 samples of TB suspects with conversion results. Initial examination results obtained 1+, 2+, 3+, for follow-up results were negative, 1+, 2+ and did not re-check. Based on TB 04 data on microscopic examination, TB at the initial examination was 100% of the 50 samples of BTA tested positive, namely 1+ around 28 (56%),
2+ results obtained 13 (26%) and 3+ around 9 (18%). At the follow-up,
about 50 (100%) samples with confidence in 40 (80%) samples with the test
results being negative 29 (58%), 1+ around 10 (20%) and 2+ around 1
(2%). About 10 other samples obtained 3 (6%) deaths, drop out (DO) about
5 (10%) and moved to about 2 (4%) health facilities.
